Nothing I like more than parsing 100's of MB's of source code that I don't have to.

Luke Hutteman loves java because it includes full source code to the jvm and its libraries. He wishes the same for .NET.

Quick, can I see a show of hands of developers that have even said to themselves “Gee, if only I could look at class XXX. That would help solve this problem.”

Thought so. Look, it’s cool and everything, and its great to say java is MORE open source than .NET ( it’s really not, though ). But i think this is a prime example of the 80/20 rule.

Of course, since .NET has such a great IDE, with wonderfull debugging symbols, we can basically do what Luke is talking about, all from the comfort of Vs.NET.
